    Terms of Service

    1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Roamtech and its Users and incorporate the provisions of the Roamtech Privacy Policy. These terms contain provisions that limit Roamtech's liability and indemnify Roamtech against certain claims. Please read them carefully.

    2. Agreement

    By using the Emalify platform or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.

    3. Services

    Roamtech offers communication services including SMS, USSD, Email, Voice, and APIs. Service availability may depend on network operators. Messages are considered delivered once Roamtech dispatches them to the destination.

    4. Acceptable Usage

    Users must comply with applicable laws and ensure that content sent via Emalify is legal, appropriate, and not harmful or misleading. Roamtech reserves the right to suspend accounts in violation.

    5. Registration and Security

    You must provide accurate information during registration and maintain confidentiality of your credentials. Unauthorized account use should be reported immediately to Roamtech.

    6. Privacy

    Roamtech respects your privacy and will not access your data without consent, except where required by law or technical necessity. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

    7. Payments

    Users are billed based on credits. Prices may change without notice. Roamtech uses secure third-party payment processors and is not liable for their performance.

    8. User Obligations

    Users warrant that all message recipients have consented and that their content complies with applicable regulations. Unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent use is strictly prohibited.

    9. Liability and Indemnity

    Roamtech is not liable for damages arising from service use unless due to its own gross negligence. Users indemnify Roamtech against claims resulting from their misuse of the services.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be handled under Kenyan jurisdiction.
